When trying to obtain a six pack most people think the only thing that matters is exercise, exercise and more exercise, but this is far from the truth – in fact an abs diet is just as important as abs exercises. Being sure to incorporate an abs diet into your regime will not only ensure your success when trying to get a six pack, but it will also speed up the process.
You can see from this the importance of an abs diet, and another important factor is the foods that are made up as the foundation of the diet, take time to ensure you are using the correct and best food and that you are combining it in the right manner – but also remember that an abs diet can still be fun, enjoyable and tasty. Taking the time to search out some great sources of abs diet recipes will ensure that your food is not bland and boring, because if it is you will find it difficult to maintain the diet.
As we have said the abs diet is as important as the abdominal exercises, so you must maintain it in order to achieve success with your six pack and abdominal muscles. This enhances the importance of researching your diet correctly and from an established and trusted source. Take the time to see what a site such as Mike Geary`s has to say about abs diets, what they should consist of, the importance of them and the best ways to combine the foods and consume them for maximum impact on your abdominal muscles.
You can have the six pack you want without having to undertake gruelling and testing regimes, there is no reason why achieving your six pack can’t be fun, and the same has to be said for the food that makes up your abs diet. It is human nature that the more fun and enjoyable something is the more chance that we will continue it and allow it to become a part of our new lifestyle ensuring that we can easily maintain the abs diet, the abs exercises and ultimately the six pack that you have long been looking for.
As we mentioned earlier take a few moments to construct your abs diet to ensure that it is not only helpful to the abs, but enjoyable, tasty and fun – make your abs diet serve you as well as your six pack and enjoy your new body.

Sometimes dieting and exercise just isn't enough, cos there can be additional weight just lying around in your pipes. It is not body fat, therefore it can't be burned off, however it can be flushed out, just by taking a supplement. http://kinaracs.niar.tv has a risk free offer on offer right now, I gave it a whirl and lost seventeen pounds!! Who says there's no magic bullet? LOL!!!
@kunigas123 focus on your diet….i dont know your height weight of current body mass index but if i did i could prob let you cheat off what works. First off stop running everyday…Youll ruin your knees and really need to alternate “in general” the types of cardio you do. Bike Riding skateboarding is good, and boxing bags, etc…….develop a mealplan for eveyday that sustains a healthy body, but not defiicient. tuna, almonds, whey protein&h20 organic fat free milk, turnips greens, veggies, fruits
My trainer tested me today and I am currently at 9%. We are now starting to focus on more strength training to make me pop more. More weight and high reps. 1200-1400 cal diet at 5’6 130 rather than 147. It started as weight loss and got really serious. Like Forrest Gump said. “well I got that far, so I figured I’d just keepon goin’”. And thats what he did. He ran clear cross the state of Alabama. Shit happens.
Wow I didn’t know it was so complicated to get abs!
i bet he doesnt have a six pack or mayby he dies he can still beat my ass
I’ve been running for two weeks everyday 3 miles in 30 minutes. I burn about 600 calories (not alot), but over those two weeks i lost 2Kg. I didn’t look different and it could have been that i lost muscle instead of fat. Anyway, i gave up on that. I coudn’t feel my legs and i guess i can do just fine without abs as long as i have back, chest, biceps and triceps
I love the idea that there are certain “power foods” you can choose for better abs. I have always had a curvy shape but now I am trying for an athletic body type. I am working on my fitness and looking to change my diet. Advice like this makes sense and gives me hope.
i think diet is the most effective to cut out the fat and reshape a good abs and work adominal abs wiht empy stomach…..,belive me guys thats may teknik before i im taking my breakfast i finished first working my abs.and you know i get it as fast as two months
@ReturnOfJackDawson hahah — yeah super annoying! I really want to listen but his voice/the way he speaks is killing me…
hmm, well I’m currently using the Abs Diet and it’s working at an extreme rate, I lost 30+ pounds in about a month. Just follow the exercise plan, eat healthy and cut down on what you eat. Btw it won’t hurt to eat something not the diet like pizza once a week but only when your like 6 weeks into the plan. So just keep at it people and you’ll get results, It always helps to use the heavier stuff if your serious… I’m hurling 25 lbs Dumbells like nothing and about to go to 40 lbs. Just do it!
