Best Tummy Fat Exercises to Get a Flat Tummy and Great Feminine Female Abs

The best tummy fat exercises to get a flat tummy and great feminine female abs have nothing to do with crunches, situps, and endless jogging (luckily for you). So don’t be one of those people who wastes all your time on that garbage.

Here are 4 unconventional and superior alternative exercises…

#1: Squats

I’m sure you know what squats are… squatting down with a barbell across the back of your shoulders. It’s a great overall exercise for the body and surprisingly, it works the abs better than any direct ab exercise. Why? During squats, you use your abdominals to stabilize your body and the weight. This creates a lot of tension on the ab muscles.

#2: Deadlifts

This is another whole body exercise that indirectly works the abs. You simply pick up a barbell from the ground while keeping your back straight and eyes looking forward. The internal pressure and tension on the abdominal muscles is incredible… much more than any type of crunch or situp.

#3: Plank

This is a type of isometric hold… you hold your body in place to create abdominal tension on the muscles. What you do is get on your toes, forearms, and knees. Then lift up your legs so that your forearms and toes are the only things touching the ground. Keep your back straight… like a plank. Hold this position for as long as possible.

#4: Vacuum Pose

This is my favorite exercise to get a flat tummy and great female abs that have a nice feminine look to them. What you do is visualize your belly button getting sucked into your lower back. Once you have that picture in your mind, actually inhale and suck in your belly… leading with your belly button.

Suck it in as much as possible and hold for as long as possible. This exercise loses inches off the waist fast. This is the tummy exercise I focus on most personally.

Flat Tummy And Feminine Female Abs In 5 Minutes A Day

To get a flat tummy and feminine abs, you need to stop working out like a guy. Just by observations alone, it’s completely obvious that female abs are different than male abs. So why would you train like a guy?

Forget all that gym stuff for your abs… I’ll show you a few simple exercises that you can for a few minutes at home. These exercises will bring out a flat tummy while maintaining the female abs look.

Vacuum Poses

This is similar to sucking in your belly, but much better. This is probably the best exercise possible for maintaining a flat, feminine belly. What you do is this… stand up straight. You can also stand up straight against a wall if you want. Now, pretend your belly button is getting pulled into your spine and lower back.

It’s important that you picture that because when you begin to inhale and suck in your belly, you need to lead with your belly button. Your belly button gets sucked in first.

Now, when you’ve inhaled all you can, hold the sucked in position for as long as possible… at least 15-60 seconds. Rest, then repeat for a total of 3-5 minutes.

Plank

This exercise is great for your abdominal core muscles. What you do is get on your hands and knees. Now, lay your weight on your forearms and get on your toes while maintaining a straight back. It’s named the plank because you’re about as straight a plank. This puts a tremendous amount of tension on your abs. Do this for a total time of 2-5 minutes each day.

If you were to just do these 2 exercises for 5 minutes a day, you’d quickly develop a flat tummy and bring out female abs that are feminine looking. Just 5 minutes a day for a flat belly… that’s not asking much.

Best Flat Tummy Exercises For Awesome Female Abs

The best flat tummy exercises for awesome female abs have nothing to do with jogging on a treadmill and doing crunches or situps. Those exercises are a complete waste of time. They may help a little, but that’s about it… a little!

Those exercises are horribly inefficient for getting a flat tummy using exercises. To get awesome female abs, do the following exercises instead…

1. Hula hooping

This will be the latest craze in a year or so. I’m way ahead of the curve when it comes to weight loss gadgets and this one works… and works big time. It’s one of the best pieces of equipment you can use to tone your waist and hips. Do 10-15 minutes a day.

2. Squats and deadlifts

Strange, but these exercises are 10 times better for the abs than crunches or situps. The tension in the abs is much greater, even though the abs are indirectly being worked. You don’t need to do direct ab exercises to get a flat tummy.

You’ll never see me doing situps or crunches… or jogging on a treadmill and my abs are pretty good. Of course, I also have other diet and exercise “tricks” that help, but I give a lot of credit to doing a lot of squats and deadlifts for my flat stomach.

3. Vacuum Pose

Actually, this is my #1 “secret exercise” that I do for my abs. Nothing is better as far as losing inches off the waist. My average client loses 1.75 inches in less than a month doing just this exercise and making no other changes.

What you do is suck in your belly button (not your upper belly area) so that it feels like it’s being sucked into your lower spine. Once you can’t suck it in anymore, hold that pose for 15-60 seconds. Repeat for a total of 5 minutes each day.

Here’s how to lose a quick inch from your waist and start to get sexy female abs. Just 3 simple things you can do at home in minimal time. You can do all 3 in less time than it takes to drive to a gym.

Stop thinking that running on a treadmill or doing situps and crunches will get you sexy female abs. They may help a little, but that’s about it… just a little.


1. Use an ab wheel.

Yep, you know, that little wheel thing that was popular back in the 1980′s. Well, it actually does work. All you do is get on your toes or knees and grab the hand grips on the ab wheel. Then just roll it forward and use your abs to roll it back. Incredible tension. Do as many as you can for 5 sets… resting 1 minute between sets.

2. Hula Hoop

Yeah, something popular way back in the 1950′s. We’re going way back. But it actually does tone your hips and waist quite well. Just get a hula hoop and and get to it. Do it for 5 minutes a day, everyday.

3. Vacuum Pose

This is by far my favorite exercise to lose inches off your waist and get sexy female abs. My average client ends up losing 1.75 inches off her waist in 28-31 days (again, that’s the average… some do better, some do worse).

All you do is suck in your belly around your belly button, not the upper abs area. Suck it into your lower back as much as possible. Then hold that pose for 15-45 seconds. The longer, the better.

Repeat this for a total of 5 minutes everyday.

1. Best of the best… the Vacuum Pose

This is simply put, the best female abs exercise you can possibly do. In my opinion, nothing is even close. The results speak for themselves. I’ve had clients do this for 5 minutes a day and have 1.75 inches vanish from their waists in less than a month.

So, how to do it… suck in your belly button as much as you can. Note, you will need to suck in your lower abs area with your belly button, not the upper abs area that is common. So suck your belly button in as far as possible and hold that “pose” for 15-60 seconds.

Rest for a bit, then repeat. Do this for a total of 5 minutes a day and you can expect to be 1.75 inches thinner at your waist.

2. Hula Hooping for the hips

Hula hooping is great for toning the waist and hips… especially for creating a nice, beautiful feminine shape. All you do is twirl the hula hoop around your waist for a total of 10 minutes a day. Simple. Do all 10 minutes at once or break it up into 2 minute sessions. Whatever. Just get in 10 minutes each day.

3. Ab wheel

You know that little wheel thing with the handles, well it actually works your abs pretty good. And here you thought it was some stupid gimmick and fad. Nope!

Grab the handles while on your knees or toes. Now slide the ab wheel out in front of you as far as possible. Then roll it back in. The tension in your abs is unbelievable. Do 5 sets of as many repetitions as you can do.
